We build desktop, server and mobile applications on Windows and Linux, design and prototype PCBs from scratch, and deploy and operate server, network and security infrastructure for corporate clients.

Discovery and analysis
We study the requirement on site. We do not move to the quotation stage before existing systems, constraints and expectations are documented.
Step 02
Design and proposal
We define the solution architecture, the schedule and the deliverables clearly. The scope is fixed up front so that no surprise items appear later.
Step 03
Implementation
We share progress regularly during development and deployment, with interim deliveries so you can see where the work stands.
Step 04
Go-live and support
Testing, user training and go-live are carried out together. Afterwards support continues with defined response times.

1 Which industries do you work with?
Hospitality, manufacturing, logistics and corporate office environments are the areas we work in most. We also develop projects for industry specific requirements; the deciding factor is the technical scope rather than the sector.
2 Do you take on software only or hardware only work?
Yes. We do not need to take on the whole project. We also work on software development only, board design only or infrastructure deployment only.
3 Do you work with organisations abroad?
We do. Software projects can be run remotely. For work that requires on site installation we assess each location individually.
1 Do we receive the source code of the software?
For bespoke projects the source code, the database schema and the deployment documentation are handed over. Our own products are provided under a licensing model.
2 Can it integrate with our existing ERP or accounting software?
Yes. If your existing system provides an API we integrate directly; if not, we develop integration at database level or through file exchange.
3 Can the application run on a network with no internet access?
It can. We design projects with air-gap requirements without any dependency on external services. All processes including licence activation can be carried out offline.
1 Can we host our systems on your infrastructure?
Yes. We provide hosting on our own virtualisation infrastructure. Backup, monitoring and patching are included in the service.
2 How does the support service work?
Requests are opened through a ticketing system and answered within defined times according to priority. Out of hours coverage is available for critical systems.
3 How do we know our backups actually restore?
We run restore tests at regular intervals and report the results. We do not consider an untested backup to be a backup.
