How It Works

Many organisations have backups, few have tested restores. We design disaster recovery infrastructure starting from the recovery objective rather than from the backup software.

Once your recovery time and data loss objectives are defined, we build the matching redundancy architecture: a second site in a different location, encrypted offsite backups and standby servers for critical systems. Restore tests are run and reported at regular intervals.

Implementation Process

01

Analysis and discovery

We survey the requirement on site and document existing systems and constraints.

02

Design and planning

We put the architecture, the schedule and the deliverables in writing.

03

Implementation

We share progress regularly during development or deployment.

04

Go-live and support

Testing, training and post go-live support are handled together.
